The man with bull horns on his back up-close. It’s kinda freaky to me :)
Dukun Bekam or the Bekam Shaman. He’s the one who put the bull horns tubes on the back of the men.
These men were demonstrating a traditional therapy called Bekam. It’s like sucking your skin using a vacuum tube, which believed it could rejuvenate body condition. Nowadays the vacuum tubes were made from glass or plastic, but these men using tubes made of bulls horns.
