Yellow Passion Fruit. In Indonesia, we have two species of Passion Fruit (or locally known as Markisa): the purple one and the yellow one. The purple one was more widely known worldwide, with purple skin and yellow flesh.  These ones here are the yellow one, with yellow skin and grey flesh. The flavor is quite similar, although the yellow markisa is less appealing in food photography.
